Shipping & Returns
How are the items shipped?
Your prints will come carefully rolled in a poster-length corrugated box. Journals and other items will come in tightly wrapped envelopes or boxes. For prints, we recommend laying them out to flat and placing heavy items like books on the corners to flatten them out before framing.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged in any way that affects the quality of it, we ask that you take a photo of the damage to send to us. Once we have photos of the damage, we can send you out a replacement or issue a refund.
What should I do if my item doesn’t arrive?
Sometimes USPS has lost an item or misplaced it in the back of their truck. Most prints are delivered within 5-16 days. If you haven’t received your item in that timeframe please reach out and we will investigate.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and a flat rate of $10 for all international orders.
What is your return policy?
We are a print-on-demand shop, so your order is created just for you. Therefore, we don't accept returns for misplaced orders or customers who may have changed their mind. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please reach out and we can see what we can do to make it right!
Framing
Do these prints come framed?
All of our print only products have a disclaimer on the product page. They are printed on high quality thick paper. Paper thickness: 10.3 mil, Paper weight: 189 g/m², Opacity: 94%,ISO brightness: 104% They are created in standard frame sizes so that you are able to find the best frame for your needs and pop them right in at your convenience.
